'Pronounced on the nose with pungent aromas of juniper, apple and mint dominating. Smooth and silky on the palate with warming, well integrated alcohol. Dry, but with some sweetness on the palate which softens the alcohol nicely. Medium intensity of flavours, with mint and apple coming through clearly. Some complexity, with well defined flavours and good length on the palate. Works well with tonic. Interesting and unusual gin that offers balanced flavours that don't overpower the juniper.
